How can you earn extra money?

Grafika wygenerowana przez AI przy użyciu DALL·E. Dołącz do Programu Partnerskiego Money? Simple! i dorób sobie do pensji!

Join my Partner Program and earn by referring loan clients. For every client who gets a loan, I’ll pay you part of my commission. It’s a great opportunity to build success together and benefit from attractive terms of cooperation. Everyone gains:

  • You earn a very nice sum (work it out in the calculator);
  • I get work I enjoy;
  • Someone close to you gets the loan best matched to their real needs;
  • The bank lowers its business risk, which improves the stability and security of that bank and of the whole financial system.

See? Refer me someone close to you who’s planning to take out a loan, and we all gain — and save the world at the same time!

How much will you earn?

How does it work?

1. Find someone who wants to take out a mortgage, cash loan or business loan

Tell them about me, explain how financial intermediation works, and assure them that I'll be 100% loyal to them and guided above all by their interest. Say that I'll do my best to fully adapt to them, both in terms of meeting places and times. I'll travel to any place in Poland you can reach by public transport. The person close to you will get the best possible loan in the most comfortable way.

2. Get their details and their consent to pass them to me

Get their explicit consent (verbal is enough, but it must be explicit) for you to pass me that person's details and for me to contact them. Ideally, agree right away on which days and hours I may get in touch.

3. Fill in the Partner Program Form

The data controller is Tomasz Musiałowski, NIP 895-183-08-34, ul. Powstańców Śląskich 123/106, 53-332 Wrocław, Poland. 4. Let me get to work, and be patient

Now it's time for my work. I'll get in touch with the person close to you and we'll begin the preliminary lending process: settling the details, gathering financial data, analysing loan offers, an action plan. Then we'll submit loan applications to selected banks and the lending process will begin. Analysts will assess creditworthiness, examine the purpose of the loan and the collateral (so, for a mortgage, they'll value the property). At this stage we'll often still need to provide additional documents. Then a credit decision will be issued, and once the person close to you accepts it, a loan agreement will be prepared. The final stage is signing the loan agreement and disbursing the loan, which can also take some time.

Banking Secrecy

Passing the client's data to the bank and handling the entire lending process take place in accordance with the laws on banking secrecy. All information I obtain from the person close to you is confidential and used solely to secure the best possible loan for them. Both the banks and I are obliged to keep this data secret and to ensure it isn't shared with third parties without the client's explicit consent.

Because of banking-secrecy requirements, I won't be able to update you on the progress of the lending process. I'll only let you know once the payment for taking part in the program has been transferred to your account. If the lending process ends unsuccessfully — for example, in the case of the bank's refusal or the withdrawal of the person close to you — you'll be told that the loan won't be disbursed (but without an explanation). Your role in the program is simply to refer the person close to you; I take care of the rest, ensuring full security and discretion throughout, while you have to trust me. I guarantee that I always act to the highest ethical standards.

When will you get paid for taking part in the Partner Program?

How to earn a little on top of your salary? Refer me a friend who's taking out a loan and you'll earn a few thousand PLN!

Disbursing the loan doesn't mean you automatically get the money, though. Disbursement is the moment when you can start planning how to spend what you've earned. Now we have to wait until the last day of the month, when my provider calculates my commission on the sale; then I have to issue an invoice and receive the transfer from my provider. As soon as I receive that transfer, I'll pay out the share due to you.

How long does it take?

In most cases, from signing up for the Partner Program to payout takes two or three months. Here's a pessimistic example:

You signed up for the Partner Program on 10 January. On 11 January I called the person you referred. We arranged a video call for 15 January to discuss the details. On 17 January I sent loan offers, and the next day another video call to go over them. On 19 January we decided where to submit the loan applications. On 22 January I came to the home of the person close to you (maybe you and I even met in person), we filled in the loan applications and prepared most of the documents. A few things still had to be sent to me, so on 30 January I was able to submit the applications.

On 8 February an analyst at one bank asked for supplementary documents, which we delivered on 14 February. The process was also under way at other banks. Finally, on 24 February we received a credit decision from our first-choice bank (the one we cared about most). A few more documents had to be provided for the loan agreement, which was ultimately signed on 1 March. The loan was disbursed on 9 March. The commission will be calculated on 31 March, my invoice paid around 12 April, and the transfer to you will arrive between 13 and 14 April.

If the loan had been disbursed on 25 February, the commission would have been calculated on 28/29 February, the invoice paid around 12 March, and the transfer to you would have arrived around 13/14 March.

What do you have to do?

You just have to find someone who wants to take out a loan, persuade them to use my services and sign up for the Partner Program by filling in the form. And nothing more. Wait patiently until I write to you asking for your account number or another way to settle up. 10 minutes talking with a friend, 5 minutes filling in the form, then another 5 minutes to issue me a bill — and 3,000 PLN in your account. Nice? I could write "how to earn 3,000 PLN in 20 minutes" ;)

How will I pay you your share of the commission?

Once my commission is calculated, I'll send you an invoice template in docx; you fill in your details (first name, surname, address) and send it back to my email. We'll agree on the form of payment:

  • Bank transfer to a PL account,
  • Transfer to Revolut,
  • Transfer in EUR to an EU account,
  • Cash.

and then I'll send you the money.

How much will you earn?

In the Money? Simple! Partner Program you can earn even a few thousand PLN!

The commission amount depends on two things: the size of the loan and your activity, and you can earn from 0.4% to 1% of the loan amount.

Making the commission depend on the loan amount comes from the fact that a large share of the costs I bear are fixed costs. So I can give you back a bigger share of the fee when the loan amount is higher, but for small loan amounts I have to guarantee myself a minimum sum to cover my costs. Meanwhile, by making the commission depend on your activity, I want to reward people who refer me to more clients.

Loan AmountFirst Loan (%)Second & Third Loan (%)Fourth & Fifth Loan (%)More Than Five Loans (%)
Below 200,000 PLN0.4%0.5%0.6%0.7%
200,000 PLN – 350,000 PLN0.5%0.6%0.7%0.8%
350,001 PLN – 500,000 PLN0.6%0.7%0.8%0.9%
Above 500,000 PLN0.7%0.8%0.9%1%
Partner Program commission-rate table

When you start working with me, you'll find the commission rates in the first column. If, for example, your cousin takes out a 360,000 PLN loan, you refer them to me and sign them up for the Partner Program, then once the loan is disbursed you'll receive 2,160 PLN from me (360,000 × 0.6%). But if you refer me another person, the percentage rate will be higher and will come to 0.7% at that loan amount.

So, as you can see, if you refer me five people (and they take out a loan through me), each subsequent person will be counted at the maximum rate: from 0.7% for smaller loans up to 1% for the largest. So if you worked with me and referred me clients, then for the sixth person who took out the same loan you'd already get 3,240 PLN (360,000 × 0.9%).

With business loans things look a little different. They're more complicated, different types of financing come into play, and here I can't set a specific rate. In short, I'll pay you half of my rate, but exactly how much that is I'll only be able to determine after settling the details with the client (that is, the person close to you).

And taxes?

If your earnings exceed 2,000 PLN, tax will have to be paid — 10%. In the vast majority of cases that's exactly what happens. If the loan is over 350,000 PLN — and at today's property prices that's almost always the case — you'll earn over 2,000 PLN, so tax will be due. But don't worry: paying that tax is my responsibility. So I'll pay you 90% of the commission due to you, and pass 10% to the tax office (Urząd Skarbowy). If, however, you run a business, issue me an invoice — in that case you'll be responsible for settling this tax.
